A hydraulic press uses special hydraulic oil as the working medium, a hydraulic pump as the power source, and relies on the force of the pump. The hydraulic oil enters the cylinder/piston through the hydraulic pipeline, and then there are several sets of matching seals in the cylinder/piston. The seals at different positions are different, but they all play a sealing role to prevent the hydraulic oil from leaking. Finally, the hydraulic oil is circulated in the tank through the one-way valve to make the cylinder/piston circulate and perform work to complete certain mechanical actions and serve as a kind of productivity machinery.
The hydraulic press is composed of two parts: the host machine and the control mechanism. The main part of the hydraulic press includes the fuselage, main cylinder, ejector cylinder and liquid filling device.
